Mike was as friendly and professional as could be. He identified the problem with our current outlet and installed a new one in a more suitable location with ease. The service wasn't "cheap" necessarily, but with electrical issues, you don't want cheap, I want good and that's what I got.

Had a really hot breaker panel and called these folks to come out and set the wife and myself at ease. Midnight call and the tech, Allen, was fantastic. Explained everything to us like the laymen we were. I’d do business with them again for sure.

I can't say enough about Top Tech. I have an older home and one day, I noticed one outlet was buzzing. I called Top Tech and they were there for me within an hour. I had them come back and pigtail my outlets from aluminum to copper. Mike and Garrett were amazing!! They worked all day w/o lunch and did an outstanding job. Love, love this company... I had several electrical items I needed to have fixed and/or added in my house. I posted a job on Thumbtack and Top Tech was the first choice in the list of companies that could perform those jobs. Based on their high ratings, I gave them a call.Allan Shocknesse is the electrician that has been to our house twice for electrical work we need done. Yesterday, he came out and installed several new outlets in my garage, replaced a burned out outlet and fixed my external outlet for the front yard. As with the previous trip out for repairs, Allan was on time (actually 15 minutes early) and extremely professional. He explained all costs for both visits to me on the first visit as well as what I could expect as far as the whole process went. I would highly recommend Top Tech Electrical and Allan Shocknesse. I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

We needed a last minute electrical inspection to help us learn more about a house we were considering buying. They were able to fit us in and took a look at the house. Pricing was unambiguous, but in the end a little more than hoped; $409 to replace a broken breaker. However, based on the other facets, including personable interaction, yet mindful of the current social climate, this business is worth the extra buck. They (i.e. Mike White) did thoroughly troubleshoot the issues I brought up and determined there was no problem in 2 of 3 areas, which could have cost over $1100. With professional explanations without any condescension, I felt the work and experience from these professionals was worth it.
